Every bearing location is provided with a grub
screw (setscrew) adjustment. This allows for
easily attaining smooth linear motion, as well as
overall machine alignment. The Momus CNC
construction manual outlines a procedure for
aligning and adjusting the machine that uses an
inexpensive fabricated gauge and feeler gauges.
